Its core intention is simple yet profound: to help you adopt new points of view to shape your Future(s) — every day.

Why this matters.

There is an urgent need for profound transformation in all spheres of life. Yet many of us — even when we know the world we no longer want — seem unable to imagine a viable and desirable Future that is truly different from the Present.

Without bold imagination, we get locked into regression forces: despair, fatalism, anxiety and polarisation. So if we want to build the Future on desire and imagination, the quieter questions are not only « What should we do? » but:

What are the mental maps we are swimming in, when our maps are invisible to us?How do we stop repeating the S.O.S. — Same Old Solutions?How do we shift — consciously and intentionally — from MAD Land to NO MAD Land?

What it is.

The Shapership Game is a game and a narrative conversation, a vehicle for intentional transformation, and a poetic way to practice the freedom to see differently. It was born from a simple insight: we all have the power and freedom to change our mental maps — but first we need to recognize that, like prisoners in Plato's cave, our maps are often invisible to us.

That insight gave birth to the heart of the Game: a giant metaphorical map that makes our mental maps visible — so we can play seriously with them.

It takes the form of two contrasting metaphorical landscapes, created and sustained by very different mental maps:
  • MAD Land — outdated paradigms leading to Massive Assured Destruction
  • NO MAD Land — new perspectives leading to Mutually Assisted Development
Each territory is composed of 9 thematic zones, each with its own focus and each mirrored by a contrasting counterpart. Across them, every location is a point of view — not something right or wrong, but a mental lens through which we see and shape the landscape.

The Shapership Game invites you to a profound Near-Life experience. Sometimes we do not need to solve a so-called problem.We need to dissolve it — by shifting perspective.
From a new vantage point, the problem changes. Sometimes it disappears. There is nothing standing in the way of your aspirations.
There are no winners or losers here. This is not a game of competition. It is a parable of the inner transformation needed to become an active participant in the creation of a NO MAD Land.
